Saturday February 3rd - 4.8 Miles in 53:59 pace average 11:15. 5 sets of 80 push-ups. 26 minutes of Planks. Sunday February 4th - 28.0 Miles in 5:26:51 pace average 11:40. 3 sets of 30 squats.
