hi all, took the mondeo for its mot and passed but recieved an advisory for the nearside front anti-roll bar linkage ball joint dust cover, is this the small linkage bar, about 6-8 inches long. You won't need to take it back if it has passed and you only have an advisory. It is just to make you aware you may have a future problem.

If you look at the new one you will see what I mean by the flat sides just at the end of the thread. The are easy to change.

Iceman29. I doubt anyone would spend the time changing the dust cover. Be easier and cheap enough to just fit a new drop link. Do it yourself, the part itself will only be around £15.
